Find the right fit

Online coaching suits people who can train independently, communicate clearly and apply feedback. Some clients benefit from in-person support first. Explore the four pathways below.

Commit to a process

CPS Online has a 12-week minimum commitment. Individualised blocks usually run four to six weeks before review. Messaging and feedback arrangements are discussed before starting.

Strength & Movement Coaching

Pain or previous setbacks can leave you unsure how to train. CPS helps you understand movement, build strength from your current ability and feel more confident in the gym, starting with what you can do now and progressing from there.

Weight Loss Coaching

You are ready to lose weight, feel stronger and build a healthier routine, but you do not want another short-term plan or more nutrition guesswork. If you need clear targets, realistic changes and a structure that fits work, family and training, this coaching gives you a process you can understand and repeat.

Muscle Gain Coaching

You train consistently and want more muscle, better body composition and measurable strength, but your current program or nutrition approach is no longer giving you a clear return. If you want each session to have a purpose and a plan that works around your schedule and movement concerns, this coaching connects training, nutrition, recovery and progress reviews so you understand how each part helps maximise the muscle-building return from your effort.

Powerlifting Coaching

You may be new to powerlifting with a strong base, or an experienced lifter whose squat, bench press and deadlift have started to plateau. If you want technical detail, programming you understand, accountability and a clear route towards a personal best or competition, this coaching develops skill and movement efficiency in the big three, builds the muscle base needed to keep moving towards your strength potential and teaches you how and why the process works.
